Proper Fadez is more than a name on a barber chair, it’s the beginning of a new chapter.

I’m Drew, a Marine Corps veteran, husband, father, and student barber currently developing my craft at Trinity Barber Academy in the Poconos. After leaving the military and spending time figuring out what came next, I found barbering: a trade that gives me the opportunity to work with my hands, connect with people, and build something of my own.

The same values that shaped me before barbering—discipline, attention to detail, consistency, and taking pride in your work, are the foundation I’m building Proper Fadez on. I’m still a student, and I don’t hide that. Every client is another opportunity to learn, improve, and sharpen my craft.
